Russell (Rusty) Preston is the Owner and Guide of
All Hooked-Up Guide Service. He is an Oregon native born in
Klamath Falls Oregon, where he still resides. Rusty developed his
outdoor skills at an early age following his parents as they hunted,
fished and hiked. As an accomplished outdoorsman, Rusty enjoys a variety
of field activities but fishing for salmon, steelhead and trout is his
passion. Deeply dedicated to this lifestyle Rusty is an expert fisherman
and is always willing to help others learn and enjoy fishing. Rusty is very dedicated
in every aspect of his life, always enthusiastic to help others, and
willing to learn himself. Rusty has over fifteen years experience
fishing the rivers and lakes of Oregon and its surrounding areas. "On the water is where it’s
